New faces: Models to watch

Though far from ideal, 2017 saw some form of rise in the number of black models on mainstream international catwalks, including at the column-inch-grabbing Victoria’s Secret show. As we look forward to the time when diversity in the fashion and beauty industry will become a non-news-story, hopefully starting with 2018, here are some of our favourite black models that made their mark in the past year
