Dr Amin is specialised in the economics of ecosystems and biodiversity. Her research investigated the climate risk for livestock trade flows between Côte d’Ivoire and the Sahelian countries and assessed the cost of inaction. Her study findings are now being utilized to supply decision-makers with information bearing context and evidence to enhance decisions to tackle the impact of climate change on livestock production in West Africa.
